In America, we call them lifesavers. They can be chewy or hard candy.

polos aren’t chewy and they also come in mint.

why are parents allowed to yell and scream at their children and call them names and just make them feel like shit in general…

but when kids try to defend themselves…. its disrespectful?

what kind of fucking shit parents do you have

is this a new thing to you

You know what really annoys me?

When (often older generations) get all whinny at those who work say at McDonald’s or if they work at Coles. “Cause don’t slack off or else you’ll end up working at Coles” like literally shut the fuck up ok. First off you wouldn’t be very happy if there was no one to give you your morning coffee or your dinner, yeah that’d be pretty annoying, it’s almost like those jobs are actually really important, wow! And secondly if we lost some of the “more important” jobs, aka things that it’s considered “not being a failure” if you have one of them, most of us wouldn’t even notice, but if all the people who do “less important” jobs, like collecting the bins, serving us food at restaurants etc. then I think we’d all be pretty upset. So I think some of the older people need to realise this.
